Cancellation & Refund Policy

Here at QB Accounting Services we are dedicated to bringing you a premium accounting and bookkeeping service. However, we realize that some situations may necessitate a cancellation or amendment to your order. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Service Cancellation by Clients

• Clients may cancel their Service at any time, but must do so in writing to Services@qbaccountingservices.online.
• Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation takes place 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled start, provided work has not yet started.
• In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered for services not yet rendered.
• In the case of subscription-based services, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the next billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund: Return requested before work has begun.
• Partial refund: If work has already started, then the quantity of work completed will be used to calculate a partial refund for the remainder.
• No Refunds: There will be no refunds for any fully completed work or after 30 days of service rendered.

3. Cancellation by QB Accounting Services

QB Accounting Services retains the right to discontinue services in the following scenarios:

• Lack of payment or default on agreed-upon terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel anyone who violates our Terms of Service or abuses its use.
• Failure to receive necessary client information despite numerous requests.
• A disaster out of our control preventing us from providing the service.

In the event of such a termination, the client shall receive reimbursement for any prepaid work which has not been performed up to the time of cancellation.

4. Subscription Services Cancellation

For ongoing or recurring services:

• Clients must cancel 7 days before the next billing date.
• Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, and your service will remain active until that date.

5. Modification or Rescheduling

If you would like to make changes or reschedule a service in place of cancelling, please reach out to us at +91 99533 92200, and we will attempt to do everything possible to work with your schedule.
